About the business
The Digital Plug LLC (operating as Scale Up) is a United States limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded by Sofia Dimla and Jojo Zapanta to help coaches, consultants and agency owners build repeatable client-acquisition systems. We serve English-speaking clients primarily located in the United States. Our program is education and coaching only we do not act as a marketing agency, an employer, or a guarantor of results. Individual outcomes depend on effort, skill and market conditions.
How we communicate with members
We contact applicants and members primarily by email. With explicit opt-in consent, we also send SMS text messages relating to their application status, scheduled calls, reminders and program updates. SMS is never required in order to apply or to purchase.
